Mohamed Salah has continued to rack up the records for Liverpool with his goal in the club's 3-0 win over Bournemouth this past weekend matching a feat last achieved by Luis Suarez.

The Egypt international has now scored 20 goals in back-to-back seasons across all competitions. The now Barcelona forward, Suarez. was the last player to reach this mark in successive campaigns for the Reds.

Salah, who scored 44 goals in his first season at Anfield, is the fastest player to reach the 50-goal mark for the Merseyside club.

The 26-year-old will now be hoping to match Suarez's mark of successive 30 goal seasons with the Uruguayan having netted 30 and 31 goals respectively in the 2012-13 and 2013-14 seasons.

Liverpool will next be in action at home to Bayern Munich in a first-leg Round of 16 UEFA Champions League tie next Tuesday before travelling to Old Trafford for a crunch English Premier League clash against Manchester United.
