Defending Caf Confederations Cup champions Raja Casablanca will play host to AS Otôho at Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat on Wednesday in a Group A showdown.
Kick-off is at 18h00 CAT.
The Green Eagles will be expected to return to winning ways on home soil following a 1-1 draw away to Moroccan rivals Hassania Agadir in their group opener.
Patrice Carteron's men opened the scoring in Agadir through veteran forward Mouhssine Iajour, but the hosts made sure of a share of the spoils as Mehdi Oubilla restored parity soon after.
AS Otôho suffered a similar fate in their Group A opener at home to the third Moroccan club in the group, RS Berkane.
Cabwey Kivutuka opened the scoring for the Congolese club before Mohamed Aziz hit back for the visitors in a 1-1 stalemate in Owando.
The round of results leaves all four teams locked on a point apiece heading into this midweek's round of fixtures.
