Egypt international Ahmed Hegazy has attracted reported interest from Turkish Super Lig side Fenerbahce.
The 28-year-old, who made his move to West Bromwich Albion permanent in January last year following a short loan spell, has established himself as an integral member of the Baggies squad since leaving Al Ahly.
Hegazy's rise has not gone unnoticed and according to several Turkish reports, the burly centre-back has emerged on Fenerbahce's radar as a possible replacement for former Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel at the end of the season.
The towering defender has featured 30 times for West Brom in England's second division this season, as the club aim to make an immediate return to the English Premier League.
Fenerbahce currently occupy 14th spot on the log standings. The Turkish giants, who already boast several African stars on their books, have struggled for form throughout the campaign.
