Kick-off is at 18h00 CAT.
The Group A match is set to be played at the Stade Félix Houphouët-Boigny in the Ivorian city of Abidjan.
The Ivorian giants were held to a 0-0 draw by South African outfit Mamelodi Sundowns at home in their fourth Group A match last month.
As a result, Mimosas remained on third place on the group standings and they are three points behind the leaders, Sundowns.
Herve Diamonde, who has scored two goals in the group stage, will be looking to add to his tally and help Mimosas overcome Wydad.
Meanwhile, Wydad were held to a 0-0 draw by Nigerian side Lobi Stars in their fourth Group A game last month.
The draw saw the Moroccan side remain on fourth on the group standings and they are only behind Sundowns on goal-difference.
Mohamed Nahiri, who has also netted two goals in the group stage, will be keen to play an important role in helping his side win in Ivory Coast.
Rwandan match referee Louis Hakizimana will be in charge of the game between Mimosas and Wydad.
