Raja Casablanca and Hassania Agadir drew 0-0 in the CAF Confederation Cup Group A match at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Morocco on Sunday evening.
As a result, Raja and Hassania remained fourth, and third respectively on the group standings.
Raja, who are the defending champions, were desperate for a victory having failed to win their first four matches in the group stage.
Their star striker Mouhcine Iajour started upfront having netted three goals in the competition.
However, the Hassania defence which was marshalled by Yassine Rami was able to contain the Raja attackers.
The score was 0-0 during the half-time break between the two Moroccan teams.
Hassania continued to frustrate the hosts after the restart and French coach Patrice Carteron decided to make a change.
Soufiane Rahimi replaced Iajour as the home side looked to break the deadlock against Hassania.
Both teams searched for a late winning goal in the closing stages of the encounter.
However, it never came and ultimately, Raja and Hassania settled for a 0-0 stalemate on the night.
