Former Senegal international Souleymane Camara has edged his name in the French Ligue 1 history books after becoming the first player to score in 15 different seasons in France's top division in the 21st century.
Camara found the back of the net for Montpellier in a 3-2 defeat away to Olympique Lyon this past weekend.
The 36-year-old has now scored 60 goals in in 404 Ligue 1 appearances, having represented Guingamp, Nice, Monaco and most notable Montpellier who he joined on a permanent deal back in 2008.
"I am very happy to get involved and to score, because it's been a long time," Camara told the club's official website.
"It's a shame to end up as losers and failing to get a point after some mistakes led to us conceding thrice.
"We have a very good squad, if we had taken the chances we had, we could have ended up with a draw or even win the match."
Camara scored seven goals in 35 appearances for the Teranga Lions.
