Zimbabwe will square off with Congo-Brazzaville in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualification Group G match on Sunday.

Kick-off is at 15h00 CAT.

The match is scheduled to be played at the National Sports Stadium in Zimbabwe.

The Warriors lost 1-0 to Liberia away in their previous Group G encounter which was played in November 2018.

The defeat saw Zimbabwe remain at the top of the Group G standings with eight points from five matches.

Zimbabwe will qualify for the AFCON finals if they secure a victory over Congo-Brazzaville.

Meanwhile, Congo-Brazzaville drew 1-1 with DR Congo at home in their last Group G match which was played in November 2018.

As a result, the Red Devils are placed fourth on the Group G table with five points from five games.

Congo-Brazzaville need to record a victory against Zimbabwe and hope that the result between Liberia and DR Congo goes their way.

Match referee El Fadil Mohamed, who hails from Sudan, will officiate the game between Zimbabwe and Congo-Brazzaville.
