Liverpool attacker Sadio Mane has been named as the PFA Fans' Player of the Month for March.

The Senegal international beat off competition from fellow English Premier League players Lucas Digne, Wilfred Ndidi, Raheem Sterling, Jamie Vardy and Aaron Wan-Bissaka to claim the prize for the second time this season.

Mane won the same award in August, having scored three goals in his first two games of the league season.

The 26-year-old, who has been in superb form for the Reds this season, scored three goals in four appearances last month.

In total, the Liverpool attacker has scored 20 goals in 40 appearances across all competitions this season, chipping in with a further four assists.

Liverpool are back in action this evening, at home to Porto in the UEFA Champions League. The first-leg will take place at Anfield with a place in the final four up for grabs.
