Everton manager Marco Silva says he has "no concerns" about speculation linking Senegalese midfielder Idrissa Gueye with Manchester United.
Reports in the British media claim that Red Devils manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has identified the 29-year-old Teranga Lions star as an ideal replacement for impending free-agent Ander Herrera, who is set to swap Old Trafford for Paris Saint-Germain’s Parc des Princes.
When asked about the United transfer rumours, Silva said: "It's news to me.
"[We have] no concerns about that or all the other speculation in the media that will come in the next few days or weeks.
"It's something natural but I'm not here to answer all the possible rumours.
"What is important to me, if you're asking about Gana, is how he's performing well, how he's helping our team with full focus, working hard every day to perform like he did in the last game."
The defensive midfielder has racked up 30 appearances for the Toffees in the 2018/19 season and is set to feature for them later this afternoon in a Premier League match away to Fulham.
Gueye’s contract at Goodison Park runs to the end of June in 2022.
