Jonathan Kodjia was on target as Aston Villa broke a 109-year old record for successive league wins.
The Ivory Coast international scored the only goal of the game in a 1-0 win over Millwall at Villa Park on Monday, for the club's 10th win on the bounce.
Kodjia scored the only goal of the game on the half-hour mark as Villa officially booked their place in the English Championship playoffs, as they eye a return to to the English Premier League for the 2019-20 season.
The goal was the forward's eighth of the league season, with Villa having enjoyed a superb turnaround since the departure of Steve Bruce in October last year.
Kodija will be eager to continue his scoring streak in build-up to the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt. Ivory Coast are in Group D alongside Morocco, Namibia and South Africa.
