Ten-man Highlands Park moved up to eighth place on the Absa Premiership standings following a 1-0 win over Bloemfontein Celtic at Makhulong Stadium in Tembisa on Saturday afternoon.
Tendai Ndoro scored with four regulation minutes remaining to move the Lions of the North up above Celtic and into eighth place with one round of the league season remaining. Siwelele duly drop down one place to ninth.
Following a rather uneventful first half, Highlands thought they'd opened the scoring as Peter Shalulile nodded home after the interval, but the assistant's flag was raised for offside.
The Lions of the North suffered a major blow in the 71st minute as Mothobi Mvala received his marching orders following a second bookable offence.
Highlands, though, would grab the winner despite the man disadvantage as Ndoro struck home in the 86th minute of the match.
