Namibia Premier League top goalscorer Isaskar Gurirab and Black Africa midfielder Wesley Katjiteo have made the 28 men squad for the Brave Warriors training camp to be held in Dubai from 03 June.
Brave Warriors head coach Ricardo Mannetti waited until the end of the road for the team at the ongoing 2019 Cosafa Cup to finalise this squad, adding 11 more players to the already called up 17 players last week.
Isaskar Gurirab of Life Fighters who top scored in the Namibia Premier League with 22 goals and scored two in his first start at Cosafa Cup in the 3-0 over Seychelles on Thursday makes the camp and so did the impressive Wesley Katjiteo who had a fine run in midfield.
Defender Charles Hambira too makes the squad and so did African Stars exciting player Marcel Papama and teammate Ivan Kamberipa in defence.
Ratanda Mbazuvara who kept a clean sheet in the 3-0 over Seychelles will have to fight it out for the three spots for goalkeepers in the final 23 men squad to be named on 11 June by coach Mannetti.
Here is the 28 men training squad: Ratanda Mbazuvara, Virgil Vries, Loydt Kazapua, Max Mbaeva, Ryan Nyambe, Larry Horaeb, Chris Katjiukua, Teberius Lombard, Denzil Haoseb, Ivan Kamberipa, Charles Hambira, Riaan Hanamub, Ananias Gebhardt, Absalom Iimbondi, Willy Stephanus, Petrus Shitembi, Ronald Ketjijere, Dynamo Fredericks, Marcel Papama, Wesley Katjiteo, Manfred Starke, Benjamen Nenkavu, Deon Hotto, Itamunua Keimuine, Benson Shilongo, Peter Shalulile, Joslyn Kamatuka and Isaskar Gurirab.
