Lesotho and Botswana will do battle in a 2019 Cosafa Cup semifinal clash at Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban on Wednesday afternoon.

Kick-off is at 17h00.

The two nations booked their place in the final four of the Southern African competition after beating Uganda and South Africa respectively in the quarterfinal stage, both by means of a penalty shoot-out.

Lesotho were better from the spot following a goalless draw against the Cranes while Botswana had to battle back from a two goal deficit before coming up trumps from the spot against tournament hosts.

This will be the Zebras first semifinal appearances since finishing second at the 2016 Cosafa Cup tournament hosted in Namibia.

The Crocodiles qualified for their third successive semifinal appearances with victory over Uganda, having finished third and fourth at the last two tournaments respectively.

Lesotho's best showing at the showpiece came way back in 2000 when they finished as runners-up to six-time champions Zimbabwe.

The winner will face either Zambia or defending champions Zimbabwe in the final on Saturday.
