The morale is high in Uganda's camp ahead of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) finals.
This is according to Ahmed Hussein, the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA), Communications Manager.
The Cranes have spent three weeks in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE) will depart for Egypt on Monday afternoon.
"We have had three wonderful weeks of intense preparations of training in Abu Dhabi where the team played two international build up matches against Turkmenistan and Ivory Coast," Hussein said.
"It was a camp that has helped a lot in the team preparations ahead of the Total AFCON 2019 Finals in Egypt.
"We concluded the training on Sunday 16th June 2019 at the Abu dhabi Cricket Sports Complex. The morale in camp is high as we depart for Egypt on Monday afternoon aboard Egypt Air."
The Cranes and Turkmenistan played to a goal-less draw at the New York University Stadium during the first international build up match.
In the second match, the Cranes overcame Ivory Coast 1-0 with Faruku Miya scoring the lone strike via a well taken kick from the penalty spot.
Uganda are in Group A along with Zimbabwe, DR Congo and tournament hosts, Egypt.
