Guinea will take on Madagascar in their first 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Group B match on Saturday.
Kick-off is at 22h00 CAT.
The encounter is scheduled to be played at the Alexandria Stadium in the Egyptian city of Alexandria.
The Elephants are making their 12th appearance in the AFCON finals following a successful qualifying campaign.
Their key player is Naby Keita, who is on the books of reigning European champions Liverpool FC of England.
Belgian tactician Paul Put will be looking to guide his side to victory over an unfancied Madagascar side on match-day one.
Meanwhile, Madagascar are making their debut appearance in the AFCON finals following a very successful qualifying campaign.
Their dangerman is Faneva Imà Andriatsima, who is currently plying his trade in France for Clermont Foot.
French tactician Nicolas Dupuis is keen to lead Madagascar's Barea to a famous victory over Guinea.
This will be the third meeting between Guinea and Madagascar.
The Elephants have recorded one victory, while one match ended in a draw.
