Ivory Coast will clash with South Africa in their maiden 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Group D match on Monday.
Kick-off is at 16h30 CAT.
The match is scheduled to take place at the Al Salam Stadium in the Egyptian city of Cairo.
The Elephants are making their 23rd appearance in the AFCON finals having finished second their qualifying group earlier this year.
They will bank on Tottenham Hotspur full-back Serge Aurier's experience with the defender having helped the Elephants win the 2015 AFCON title.
Ivory Coast head coach Ibrahim Kamara is expected to guide the Elephants to the AFCON title this year and he will be keen to mastermind a win over South Africa.
Meanwhile, South Africa are making their 10th appearance in the AFCON finals having finished second in their qualifying group.
Bafana Bafana's key player is Brighton and Hove Albion forward Percy Tau, who is coming off a successful season in Belgium where he was on loan at Royale Union Saint-Gilloise.
South Africa head coach Stuart Baxter is looking to ensure that his side mounts a serious challenge for the AFCON title and also secure a win over Ivory Coast.
This will be the seventh clash between Ivory Coast and South Africa.
Bafana Bafana have registered two victories and four draws against the Elephants.
