Guinea are sweating on the fitness of star player, Naby Keita.
According to reports, the Liverpool midfielder will miss his country's final Group B match against Burundi in Cairo on Sunday due to a thigh injury.
Ketia started on the bench in the Syli Nationale's 2-2 draw against Madagascar as he continued his recovery from the injury he picked up while playing for the Reds against Barcelona last month.
The 24-year-old duly started the West African nation's second group game, a 1-0 loss to Nigeria on Wednesday, but failed to finish the match.
Reports now suggest that he has indeed suffered an injury setback and will miss Guinea's crucial match against the Swallows.
