South Africa will face off with Morocco in their final 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Group D match on Monday.

Kick-off is at 18h00 CAT.

The game is set to be played at the Al Salam Stadium in the Egyptian city of Cairo.

Bafana Bafana registered a 1-0 victory over Namibia in their second group match which was played in Cairo on Friday.

South Africa need a draw or win against Morocco in order to secure their place in the knockout phase.

Stuart Baxter, the South Africa head coach, will be keen to mastermind a victory over an in-form Morocco side.

Meanwhile, Morocco recorded a 1-0 victory over Ivory Coast in their second group match which was played in Cairo on Friday.

The Atlas Lions have already secured their place in the knockout stages after winning their first two matches.

Morocco head coach Herve Renard will be hoping to lead his side to their third victory in Egypt against South Africa.

This will be the sixth encounter between South Africa and Morocco.

Bafana Bafana have won two games and three matches ended in a draw.
