The match ends goalless, with the heavyweights sharing the spoils. Cameroon move to four points at the top of Group F, while Ghana are second with two points.
There will be three minutes of added time.
Another Ghana chance as Yiadom cuts inside from the right and shoots, but Onana smothers the ball!
87' - Ghana substitution -
The Black Stars' last change is Andre Ayew off for Owusu Kwabena. The Spanish-based player had an immediate chance and hits the top of the crossbar with a fine shot! So close!
Wakaso shoots for goal direct from a free kick but only succeeds in hitting the wall.
82' - Cameroon substitution -
Pierre Malong replaces Zambo-Anguissa in the Lions' last change.
78' - Ghana substitution -
Asamoah Gyan replaces Asamoah in an attacking move from the Black Stars.
Mensah with a heroic block to stop a fierce drive from Bassogog! The defences are holding firm...
74' - Cameroon substitutions -
A double change as they introduce Eric Choupo-Moting and Stephane Bahoken in place of Ekambi and Bong.
Asamoah looks for a floating cross from the left but sends the ball out for a goal kick. Chances much harder to come by in this second half.
Midway through the second half, still 0-0 between the Indomitable Lions and the Black Stars.
65' - Yellow card -
Ghana's Kasim is booked for catching Ekambi with his elbow.
Partey clips a dangerous ball into the Cameroon box from a free kick, but Ghana are pulled up for offside.
N'Jie can't get a clean header from Fai's excellent cross. Cameroon dialing up the pressure again...
Wakaso thunders a long-range shot just wide of the mark! Onana wasn't getting to that if it was on target.
Andre Ayew appeals for a penalty after being beaten to the ball by Ngaedu-Ngadjui, but the referee isn't interested.
Yiadom makes a fine defensive header to clear Fai's cross from Cameroon's right flank.
Back underway in the second half. No changes from either team at the break.
45+2' - Half time -
Goalless at the break. Ghana settled quicker and created the first chances, but Cameroon were much stronger in the latter stages and only a couple of fine saves from Ofori prevented them claiming the lead.
Cameroon really ending the half strongly - can they claim the lead before the break?
Bassogog gets onto a cut-back from the right flank and fires an effort on target, but Ofori makes a superb save to keep the game at 0-0!
Andre Ayew still looks uncomfortable after that earlier blow, as he misses out on a fine in-swinging cross from Owusu.
Ayew is okay to continue. Play restarts with a drop ball and Ghana are caught cold, with N'Jie getting away a powerful shot which Ofori has to turn around his near post for a corner kick!
Another injury worry for Ghana, with Andre Ayew down and holding his lower back after a collision with Oyongo.
Now at the other end Mensah makes a superb recovery tackle to stop Ekambi getting a shot away! The resulting corner kick sees Kana-Biyik send a deflected shot just off target!
Bong with a vital piece of defending to prevent Jordan Ayew from running onto a loose ball in the Cameroon penalty area.
Rahman with a cracking cross from the left, but it's just too far ahead of Jordan Ayew for the striker to get an effort on target.
Wakaso with another corner kick for Ghana which is initially cleared, but the follow up sees Owusu drag a left footed shot wide of the mark.
Midway through the first half, still 0-0 between heavyweights Cameroon and Ghana.
Ghana look the more pro-active team thus far, though Jordan Ayew is now halted in attacking stride for a shirt-pull on his marker.
15' - Ghana substitution:
Atsu makes way for Samuel Owusu in an injury-enforced change.
Blow for Ghana: Atsu appears to have tweaked his hamstring in making that earlier shot, and he will need to be replaced.
Atsu cuts inside from the right and sends a low, left-footed shot wide of Onana's left-hand post.
A second corner for the Black Stars, which is initially cleared by Onana but the follow-up sees Mensah teeing up Partey, who blasts high and wide from a great chance!
First corner kick of the game goes to Ghana. Wakaso delivers a dangerous ball which just evades Partey arriving in the middle.
Quite a few fouls already, with neither defence prepared to allow their opposing attackers to find any rhythm.
A cagey opening few minutes, with both teams looking to settle into the match.

We are underway in Ismailia! Cameroon wear green, red and yellow, while Ghana are in all white.
