Aston Villa are reportedly close to signing another player from the African continent.
Villa have been one of the busiest clubs in the transfer window as they prepare for life back in the English Premier League.
Having already added Jota, Anwar El Ghazi, Kortney Hause, Wesley, Matt Targett, Tyrone Mings, Ezri Konsa, Bjorn Engels, Mahmoud Trezeguet and Douglas Luiz to their roster for the 2019/20 season – the club are close to adding an 11th signing of the window.
Zimbabwe international Marvelous Nakamba will reportedly join the club from Belgium Pro League side Club Brugge, for a reported fee of around 11 million pounds.
The 25-year-old joined Brugge from Vitesse Arnhem two years ago, having made a name for himself in France at AS Nancy.
Nakamba has been capped 12 times by Zimbabwe and was part of the Warriors squad that qualified for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.
