Algeria winger Adam Ounas, a key member of their Africa Cup of nations-winning side, has joined French Ligue 1 club Nice on a season-long loan from Italian Serie A side Napoli.
Nice will have an option to make the signing permanent at the end of the campaign as the 22-year-old seeks for game-time, having made 39 appearances in two seasons with Napoli.
Ounas was born in France and started his youth career with Bordeaux before making the switch to Napoli in 2017.
He will be the second Algerian at Nice after defender Youcef Attal, and there is talk they may add a third in the form of 19-year-old midfielder Hichem Boudaoui.
It has been reported in France that Nice will pay Napoli a loan fee of €2.2-million for Ounas, with the option to purchase standing at €25-million.
