Ivory Coast coach Ibrahim Kamara has called on uncapped Genoa forward Christian Kouame for the international friendly with the Democratic Republic of Congo in France on October 13, but has otherwise selected a largely unchanged squad from that which did duty last month.
Kouame, 21, has three goals in six Italian Serie A starts this season, and has also starred for the Ivorian Under-23 side in their Olympic Games qualifiers.
There is also a recall for Reading midfielder Yakou Meite, who was left out of the squad for the 2019 African Cup of Nations, but no place for Aston Villa forward Jonathan Kodjia.
Star names Nicolas Pepe (Arsenal) and Wilfried Zaha (Crystal Palace), have been included.
