Tunisia international Ferjani Sassi has dismissed reports indicating he eager to leave Egyptian giants Zamalek.

The 27-year-old player made it clear he is very comfortable at the former African champions.

Last week, Tunisian reports suggesting that the midfielder is keen to leave Zamalek to join an unnamed Saudi Professional League club emerged.

However, Sassi has come out and denied all of these rumours when speaking on King Fut.

“I didn’t do any interviews lately,” the former Esperance de Tunis player said.

“My relationship with Zamalek and its fans is fine and I am very comfortable here.

“I hope I can win trophies with Zamalek in the upcoming period,” he concluded.

Sassi joined Zamalek from Saudi Arabian side Al Nassr last year and he has enjoyed some success with the club.

He helped the Cairo giants win the Saudi-Egyptian Super Cup, CAF Confederation Cup and Egyptian Cup.
