Nigeria coach Imama Amapakabo has named his selection for the Africa Under-23 Cup of Nations and included Watford midfielder Tom Dele-Bashiru and FSV Mainz striker Taiwo Awoniyi.
The defending African champions will be among the favourites for the title in the tournament in Egypt that will be staged from November 8-22.
The majority of the squad is overseas-based and also includes forwards Orji Okwonkwo (Bologna, Italy) and Bright Enobakhare (Wolverhampton Wanderers, England)
Nigeria will meet Ivory Coast, South Africa and Zambia in the pool stages of the eight-team tournament, and will aim to be in the top three at the finals, which will see them book a ticket to the 2020 Olympic Games.
