The 2019/20 Absa Premiership action continued on Tuesday with three matches taking place.
Bloemfontein Celtic secured an impressive 3-1 victory against Highlands Park at the Dr Molemela Stadium.
The hosts opened the scoring through Sera Motebang, who netted his second goal in as many matches for Celtic.
However, Highlands Park managed to restore parity through Peter Shalulile to make it 1-1 on the stroke of half-time.
Phunya Sele Sele came back strong after the half-time break and they grabbed two goals through Ndumiso Mabena and Menzi Masuku to seal the win.
Celtic moved to ninth spot on the league standings, while Highlands Park moved down to fifth place on the log.
Meanwhile, Orlando Pirates were held to a 0-0 draw by a stubborn Maritzburg United side at the Orlando Stadium.
The match produced two red cards as Pirates captain Happy Jele was sent off before United defender Kwanda Mngonyama was dismissed.
The 0-0 stalemate left Pirates and Maritzburg placed seventh and 11th respectively on the league standings.
Lastly, SuperSport United and Golden Arrows moved up to the fourth and sixth spots respectively on the log after drawing 0-0 at the Mbombela Stadium
