Club Brugge forward Emmanuel Bonaventure Dennis has attracted reported interest from English Premier League club Leicester City.
The Nigeria international has been in good form for the Belgium Pro League side this season, with his brace against Real Madrid in the Uefa Champions League last month having launched him into the spotlight.
Dennis spearheaded the attack alongside South Africa’s Percy Tau in the Spanish capital and according to the Mirror, the two could be Premier League opponents next season.
Tau, who is on-loan from Brighton & Hove Albion, has yet to play for the Seagulls due to work permit issues and spent the last season on-loan in Belgium’s second division as a result.
Dennis joined Brugge from Ukrainian club Zorya Luhansk two years ago and at 21 years of age he has already scored 25 goals and assisted a further nine in 87 appearances for the Belgian giants.
Six of his goals have come in this season and Leicester head coach Brendan Rodgers has taken notice with reports suggesting that they are keeping tabs on the £20million rated attacker.
