Tunisia made a brought start to their 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualification campaign with a 4-1 victory over Libya in Rades on Friday.
Tunisia move to the top of their Group J ahead of Tanzania, who defeated Equatorial Guinea 2-1 earlier in the day.
Striker Saif-Eddine Khaoui scored a brace of goals as Tunisia eased to the win. The goals were the first in international football for the Marseille forward and followed an opener from Wahbi Khazri, who knocked in the rebound after his penalty had been saved.
Khazri scored again late on to give the scoreline a more emphatic look. Hamdou Elhouni netted for Libya just before halftime.
Tunisia are next in action on Tuesday away in the Equatorial Guinea, while Libya host Tanzania in the Tunisian town of Monastir.
