AC Milan are not interested in signing Mohamed Elneny.
The Egypt international’s representative reportedly approached the Serie A giants about a possible transfer in January.
According to reports in Italy, Milan have turned down the offer made by Elneny’s intermediary with the midfielder set to remain on-loan at Besiktas for the remainder of the season.
Elneny joined Turkish Super Lig club Besiktas on-loan from Arsenal for the season, having fallen down the pecking order at the English Premier League club.
Milan are reportedly of the opinion that Elneny would struggle for game time in Italy as well, thus leaving the 27-year-old with an uncertain future.
Elneny has made nine appearances for Besiktas this season, having scored two goals in 89 games for the Gunners before his move on-loan.
He joined the North London club from Swiss side Basel for £7m back in 2016.
