Senegal are in talks to play a high-profile friendly international with England in March, according to reports in that country.
The Senegalese faced-off against Brazil in October with stars such as Sadio Mane, Idrissa Gueye and Kalidou Koulibaly are clearly a sought-after opponent.
England have already qualified for the Euro 2020 finals and so are looking for friendly opponents in March, with many other teams involved in the play-offs for that competition.
Senegal are due to start their 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification campaign in that window, but will only have one fixture, leaving room for a friendly to be played as well.
The west Africans played to a 1-1 draw with Brazil in Singapore, and are the top-ranked side on the continent, despite losing the Africa Cup of Nations final to Algeria in Egypt earlier in the year.
