Tunisian side Club Africain have announced a high-profile friendly against Italian Serie A side Hellas Verona on December 22.
The match will be played in Rades, with proceeds to go towards helping the club pay mounting debts.
It is a second go at hosting Italian opposition for Club Africain, who had to cancel a proposed friendly with Brescia in October after the teams could not agree a date to meet.
Club Africain have won eight of their opening nine games in the Tunisian league season, but have had a six-point deduction imposed by FIFA over their alleged failure to pay Algerian side MC El Eulma for attacking midfielder Ibrahim Chenihi.
Club Africain appealed their sanction, saying they had paid every cent due, but lost and must now bear the consequences.
Hellas Verona are tucked in mid-table in Serie A, lying ninth in the 20-team league. They take a break from Serie A action between December 16 and January 4.
