Bidvest Wits and Djoliba will come to blows in a dead rubber showdown at Dobsonville Stadium in Soweto on Sunday.

Kick-off is at 18h00 CAT (GMT+2).

The two teams have already suffered elimination from the 2019-20 Total CAF Confederation Cup and will have nothing but pride to play for when they meet in South Africa this weekend.

Horoya and Al-Nasr booked their place in the knockout stages following wins in over Wits and Djoliba in Conakry and Bamako respectively last weekend, with the latter having to beat the Guinean giants by more than three goals if they are to advance as Group C winners.

The Clever Boys put in a good shift – considering they played most of the match with 10-men – and despite drawing level through Deon Hotto following an early setback, Horoya would be deserved 2-1 winners on the day.

Djoliba’s hopes of continental glory came to an end at home to Al-Nasr who claimed a 1-0 win thanks to a solitary strike from Moataz Al-Mehdi.

The only win for either team in the five rounds of group stage fixtures thus far came for Djoliba against Wits last month. Boubacar Talatou scored the only goal of the game in reverse fixture.

Daniel Laryea of Ghana is set to officiate the clash.
