Liverpool have received a timely boost as they prepare for a busy run of fixtures.
Sadio Mane has returned to training for the English Premier League leaders after recovering from a hamstring injury according to Sky Sports News.
The Senegal international missed games against West Ham United, Southampton and Shrewsbury after picking up an injury during the club’s 2-1 win over Wolves last month.
Mane has been in superb form throughout the 2019-20 season having directly contributed to 26 goals in 31 appearances across competitions thus far.
The 27-year-old could make his return away to Norwich City on Saturday with the match to be followed by a UEFA Champions League first-leg Round of 16 tie away to Atletico Madrid on Tuesday.
Liverpool are a massive 22 points clear atop the league standing having won 24 of their 25 matches in the league this season.
