Egyptian superstar Mohamed Salah has been compared with FC Barcelona captain Lionel Messi and Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.
This is according to Tottenham Hotspur manager Jose Mourinho when highlighting the effect of the absence of Harry Kane on his team.
Kane is currently nursing an injury having underwent surgery last month and Spurs having been missing their star striker.
“Obviously Kane’s absence affect us. How would Barcelona look without Messi, Juventus without Ronaldo or Liverpool without Salah?” Mourinho told Sky Sports.
“I have never said that I refused to coach Tottenham. Who got a video of these statements should bring it out.”
“Tottenham has got all the qualities that allows achieving success, only thing missing is winning titles.”
Salah has netted 14 goals in 22 English Premier League matches for Liverpool this season.
