Borussia Dortmund and Morocco wingback Achraf Hakimi admits that he is unsure what his next career move will be.
The Atlas Lions star is in the second of a two-season loan to BVB from Spanish giants Real Madrid.
The 21-year-old has excelled in Germany and become a key part of Dortmund’s team, occasionally even playing in a more advanced attacking role, where he has been able to showcase his skills in front of goal.
There is a suggestion that his impressive showings with Dortmund will see him return to his parent club, but Hakimi insists that he does not know what the future holds.
“I haven’t had any contact since leaving Real,” Hakimi told El Chiringuito, as quoted by Tribal Football.
“I have not yet been told what will happen in the future. But I will stay calm, I have a loan with Dortmund until June.
“If I get a chance from Real after that, I will be very happy with it. If I don’t have that chance, I will go to another club to develop myself there.”
