Ivory Coast international Eric Bailly is relishing his time with record 20-time English champions Manchester United.
The central defender enjoyed game time under United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after recovering from an injury a few months ago.
Bailly has described his stay at the Manchester giants as a dream having joined the club from Spanish side Villarreal in 2015.
“When I’m asked about Manchester, as a joke I always say the [best thing] is the weather because we all know the weather isn’t good,” Bailly told ESPN https://www.espn.co.uk/football/manchester-united/story/4083443/
“But what I really like is the atmosphere, the moments that I get to live out with the club. Here, people really live for football.
“Their passion for the game is enormous so for me, being here, I realise that we need to always give our best.”
The 25-year-old player stated that he will give his strength to the Red Devils, who are one of the biggest football clubs in the world.
“To just sign to play for Man United is a dream. To be a part of a team this big is the best thing,” he added.
“That’s why I’m so proud to play for Man United and that’s why I give everything I can when I’m out on the pitch. I will literally give all my strength to this club.”
The Premier League has been halted due to the coronavirus outbreak.
