Bayern Munich are the latest club linked with a move for Thomas Partey.
According to Eldesmarque, the German champions are interested in signing the Ghana international who is being tipped as a replacement for Javi Martinez.
Partey has been heavily linked with a move away from Atletico Madrid over the last few weeks with Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain also huge admirers of the defensive midfielder.
According to reports, Partey has a €50 million release clause in his current contract and although Atleti are hoping to sign him to a new deal in the coming month, Partey seems eager to suss out other options before committing his foreseeable future to the club.
Partey, who is contracted to the Spanish LaLiga club until 2023, has been on Atleti’s books for the past eight years.
He has established himself as one of the best players in his position across Europe’s top leagues over the past few seasons and forms an integral part of Diego Simeone’s squad.
In total, he has scored three goals in 35 appearances across all competitions this season and garnered notable acclaim for his role in the club’s aggregate win over Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League.
