Napoli have reportedly contacted Lille about the availability of striker Victor Osimhen.
According to Sport Mediaset, the Serie A club are interested in signing the Nigeria international who has been the subject of growing transfer interest across the European continent.
Napoli are said to have identified Osimhen as a replacement for Polish forward Arek Milik, but Lille aren’t willing to sell the 21-year-old for anything less than €55 million.
Osimhen only joined the French Ligue 1 outfit from RSC Charleroi in July last year. The Super Eagles forward has scored 18 goals in 38 appearances for Lille across all competitions in what has been his debut season in Lille.
Chelsea, Leicester City, Manchester United and clubs in Spain are said to have also expressed interest in signing the talented forward.
Napoli have also reportedly expressed their intent in signing Ivorian winger Jeremie Boga. The Sassuolo attacker is viewed by the Napoli hierarchy as a natural replacement for Jose Callejon.
