Idrissa Gana Gueye could make a return to the English Premier League before the start of the 2020/21 season.
According to the Sunday Express, Wolverhampton Wanderers are keeping tabs on the Senegal international.
According to the publication, Gueye has been identified as a possible replacement for Ruben Neves who is said to have attracted interest from both Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United.
Gueye joined Paris Saint-Germain from Everton for £30million in July last year and helped the French club claim their third straight Ligue 1 title this season with a goal in 20 league appearances.
The 30-year-old made a name for himself at Lille before joining Aston Villa in 2015. He moved to Everton a year later following the Villans relegation to the Championship and established himself as one of the best midfielders in the Premier League during his time at Goodison Park.
Gueye has scored two goals in 64 appearances for the Teranga Lions.
