Algeria international Said Benrahma has commented on reports linking him with English giants Chelsea FC and Arsenal FC.
The forward has been one of the best players in the English Championship in the 2019/20 season as he looks to help Brentford secure promotion to the Premier League.
Benrahma has impressively hit the back of the net 17 times in the competition and registered nine assists in the process – making him a prolific attacker.
Brentford are set to take on Fulham in the play-off final on Tuesday night, August 04 at the Wembley Stadium and the winner will be promoted to the elite league.
“I’m not thinking about that at all at the moment,” Benrahma told Sky Sports.
“I’m trying to put that to one side because I have a mission here, with a season to finish and a final to play.
“I’m on a mission for Brentford and I’m trying to do everything to help the club clinch promotion.”
Benrahma then praised the club’s manager Thomas Frank, who is looking to ensure that Brentford return to the top-flight league for the first time since the 1946/47 season.
“Thomas Frank has been important for us throughout the season,” the former OGC Nice and Angers SCO player continued.
“He managed to motivate us and he communicates with us so much. “That really helped us and he was able to find the right words for us to give 100 per cent.
“I think that was a big factor for us.”
