Mohamed Salah reached an impressive milestone in Liverpool’s embarrassing defeat away Aston Villa on Sunday evening.
The Egypt international scored both of Liverpool’s goals in a 7-2 loss on a remarkable day of Premier League action.
Salah, 28, scored his 100th and 101st goal in English football in his 177th appearance. The Liverpool star has now scored 99 goals for the Reds across all competitions to go with the two he netted in his time as a Chelsea player.
Furthermore, he has also now scored against 25 of the 26 clubs he has appeared against in the Premier League.
In all, though, it was a disappointing day out for the winger as Liverpool slumped to their worst defeat in the Premier League era.
