On the day of his 32nd birthday we look back at Wilfried Bony’s best moments for Swansea City.
The Ivorian forward, who was part of the Elephants team that won the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations, joined the Swans from Vitesse in July 2013.
Bony would score 26 goals in 48 appearances for the Welsh club during his first season, after having netted an incredible 37 goals in 36 matches for Vitesse the campaign prior.
He’d score a further eight times for Swansea before earning a move to Premier League rivals Manchester City in January 2015. Bony never found his feet at Etihad Stadium and joined Stoke City before a return to Liberty Stadium where he’d score five more times.
Bony left Swansea for a second time in 2019 to join Qatari club Al-Arabi on-loan before signing for Al-Ittihad Jeddah on a free after being let go by the Swans. Currently a free agent, Bony is still looking for a new club.
