Blues left-back Baba Rahman is set for another loan move away from Chelsea.

According to Goal.com, the Ghana international is in advanced talks over a six-month loan move to Greek club PAOK.

The 26-year-old joined Chelsea from German Bundesliga club FC Augsburg for an initial fee of £14m in August 2015, but has only made 23 appearances for the Premier League outfit.

Rahman has already spent time on-loan at Schalke, Reims and most recently Mallorca while he has featured for the Blues’ U23 team in the current campaign in a bid to get his career back on track.

PAOK currently occupy fourth place on the Greek Super League standings, 15 points behind leaders Olympiacos who have yet to lose a match this season.

The Thessaloniki-based club have already strengthened their squad with the signing of former Manchester United midfielder and Japan international Shinji Kagawa this month.
