Chiefs will be desperate to secure a win that would see them secure safety from relegation when they face a stubborn Lamontville Golden Arrows side at FNB Stadium.
At Peter Mokaba Stadium, Pirates will be keen to keep their hopes of finishing in the top three alive when they square off with top-eight hopefuls, Baroka FC.
While newly crowned Mamelodi Sundowns will be looking to return to winning ways when they square off with an unpredictable Bloemfontein Celtic side at the Dr Molemela Stadium.
At the Jonsson Kings Park Stadium, AmaZulu FC will play host to Swallows FC in a clash between two teams that are looking to finish in the top two places.
