Nordsjaelland coach Flemming Pedersen has admitted that Ghanaian winger Kamaldeen Sulemana is likely to leave the Danish club ahead of the 2021-22 season.

The 19-year-old is a confirmed transfer target for Dutch giants Ajax Amsterdam, as well as the English Premier League duo of Manchester United and Liverpool.

The Techiman-born player made his name at the Right to Dream Academy before joining its cooperative club in Denmark, Nordsjaelland, in January 2020. Last season he registered four goals and six assists from 20 Superligaen appearances.

“The last thing I have heard is that Kamaldeen has to choose from the options he has, and he has had to do so for a while,” Pedersen told Bold, as quoted by Tribal Football.

“So it’s up to him, and I think he is in the process of investigating a little different things, and he would like to visit some places and so on before he makes his final decision.

“I do not expect him to play here, even though nothing has been decided, but I expect him to accept one of the offers he has on hand.”

Sulemana has also represented the Black Stars, appearing in friendly matches against Mali and Qatar in October last year.
