On Saturday, Raja Casablanca were crowned CAF Confederation Cup champions for a second time.


The Moroccan giants beat JS Kabylie 2-1 at the Stade de l’Amiti√© in Cotonou, Benin.


Star players Soufiane Rahimi and Ben Malango were on target for Raja in the opening 14 minutes of the tie, but Kabylie fought back after the interval.


Zakaria Boulahia halved the deficit before Omar Arjoune saw red for the Green Eagles to make for a nervy final half-hour, but Raja held on to win their second CAF Confed Cup crown, following their success in the tournament in 2018.
