Fashion Sakala cannot wait to get down to business at Ibrox after finally announcing his official arrival at Glasgow Rangers.
The Chipolopolo striker was officially unveiled on Thursday evening by Rangers following a brief administrative delay.
This is after Sakala completed his ten-day mandatory Covid-19 quarantine since arriving in Britain a fortnight ago from Zambia to join the Scottish champions.
“Hey Rangers family, this is Fashion Sakala Junior and I can’t wait to see you,”Sakala told Rangers TV.
Sakala has joined Rangers on a four-year deal from Belgian club KV Oostende.
He completes a Chipolopolo hat-trick in the 2021 British summer transfer window joining his strike partner Patson Daka who is south of the border at Leicester City and midfielder Enock Mwepu at Brighton.
Sakala may probably get his first test -run at Rangers as early as July 21 when they visit Blackpool in the Scottish champions’ third pre-season friendly.
That will be followed by a Chipolopolo reunion with Mwepu on July 23 when Brighton visit Ibrox just 24 hours before the big home friendly date against Real Madrid.
