Ajax Amsterdam forward, Sebastien Haller, scored four goals in a 5-1 win over Sporting Clube de Portugal on Wednesday evening.

The Ivory Coast international has been in superb form and capped a strong start to the 2021/22 season with an all-star performance on his UEFA Champions League debut.

The former West Ham United forward scored two goals in the opening nine minutes in Lisbon and added another two after the interval, to lead the Dutch giants to a comprehensive victory.

Haller, who swapped London for Amsterdam in January, has now scored 21 goals in 29 matches for Ajax.

The 27-year-old was born in France but chose to represent the Ivory Coast at international level. He made his debut for the Elephants in November last year and scored a brace in a 2-1 win over Cameroon earlier this month.
