Buildcon are back at number two following Sunday’s 1-1 away draw with Lusaka Dynamos at Nkoloma Stadium in Lusaka.
The Ndola side join Nkwazi on 11 points and are five points behind leaders Green Buffaloes at the end of round six of matches played as the league heads into the two-week FIFA International Match break.
Buildcon dominated the first half and it showed as early as the 3rd minute when Lubinda Mundia put them ahead after he turned in a cross from Tapson Kaseba and saw the Ndola club take a 1-0 halftime lead.
But Dynamos fought back after the break as they battled to maintain their unbeaten start to the 2021/2022 FAZ Super League season.
Relief came in the 66th minute through Collins Sikombe who opened his account for the season to see Dynamos earn their fifth draw of the season.
Dynamos together with leaders Buffaloes remain the only unbeaten sides in the league so far this term.
However, Dynamos stay put at number eight on the log but join Konkola Blades, Indeni and Kafue Celtic on 8 points.
