Medeama midfielder Kwesi Donsu is supremely confident of coming away with maximum points against Ghana Premier League leaders Asante Kotoko on Sunday.
Umar Abdul Rabi’s side are mounting a late title challenge after going unbeaten in their last five league matches to put pressure on the Porcupine Warriors.
Last weekend’s 2-1 win over Great Olympics at the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium saw the Tarkwa outfit close within six points of the 24-time champions, who have a game in hand.
Meanwhile, the Kumasi giants lost 1-0 at home to 10-man Berekum Chelsea to suffer their third defeat in five outings, and Donsu believes they are ripe for the picking at Akoon Park.
“We lost just by a lone goal in Kumasi in the first round when we played Kotoko at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium,” the 26-year-old told DESS FM.
“We’re very confident that we’ll take all three points at stake because here in Tarkwa there’s no way Kotoko will get away with a single point. We’ll beat and destroy them in Tarkwa.”
