Mane rep gives insights to Senegal star’s relationship with Salah

Sadio Mane’s Public Relations agent Bacary Cisse provided insights to the Senegalese star’s relationship with former teammate Mohamed Salah and mentioned that the two ‘annoyed’ each other at times.

Mane recently made the switch from Liverpool to Bayern, in a move said to be priced around £35million. The transfer sent shockwaves throughout the football world, given the former Southampton star’s successful six-year spell with the Reds and the ‘fan favourite’ tag he earned among supporters.

Following his move, Mane’s PR agent gave insights to his relationship with Salah, which at times were much reported on in the media.

Cisse mentioned that the two players may have annoyed each other but reiterated that there are no ill feelings between the two and that their relationship is ‘cordial’

“They are attackers who want to make their team win. But yes, at some point, the behaviour of one can annoy the other,” Cisse told TV5 Monde Afrique, as per Wiw Sport.

“This was the case at one point. But there are no clouds between Salah and Sadio, they have always maintained good relations.

“They have a cordial relationship, really professional. The proof, we have all seen the message from Mohamed Salah.

“(Mane), also, had the foresight to hit back. Sure enough, at one point, people talked left and right that their relationship had deteriorated, but that’s not the case.”
